Shipping Information
Thank you for choosing Rusty Brands LLC! We’re thrilled to have you as our customer and are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Please read the details below about how we handle shipping.
Order Processing
Typically, your order is processed and dispatched within 14 business days from the purchase date. To prevent any delays, kindly verify that all your shipping details are accurate and please be patient if it takes a little longer than 14 days. (2 guy shop over here!)
Shipping Options
One option for shipping currently - GroundSaver.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipments
Currently not shipping internationally. Coming soon!
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and the destination.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times, as provided at checkout, are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location, selected shipping method, or unforeseen delays. Rusty Brands LLC does not accept responsibility for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
Returned Orders Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply. We will reach out if this occurs; however, if we do not hear from you within 14 days, the order may be canceled, and a restocking fee might be charged.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen. Should you suspect a package is lost or compromised, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Changes or Cancellations
Since orders are processed quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. While we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Refunds / Incorrect Orders:
All Sales Are Final
All orders placed through our website or in person are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Incorrect Order Resolution
If you receive an incorrect order (meaning, not what was on the packaging slip we use to pack your order) and are not satisfied with it - please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. After we verify the error, we will issue store credit for the affected item(s).
How to Request Store Credit
Email our customer support at contact@artbycoach.com with your order number and details of the issue, including any relevant photos (if available).
Our team will review your request and, if the error is confirmed, process the store credit to your account.
